Started from Saudi Arabia, started more than a year ago, in the hidden, inner lanes of Karama in Dubai. Indian cuisine will always be close to my heart also it has so many variety and flavours included in every dish. Indian Summer also has good Indo-Chinese options too in the menu.
As i mentioned it is located in Al karama and also not that difficult to find. Restaurant is very spacious and ambiance is very classy. Also it has a very beautiful ceiling done. They have separate party hall in the restaurant and also a separate beautiful meeting room. Service staff is quick and prompt.
We started with SAUDI CHAMPAGNE a beautiful mix of perrier water, sprite, apple, oranges, all this made it a very refreshing and a different drink to have. MASALA CRISPY RUMALI ROTI is surely the best thing to accompany Saudi champagne, huge crispy roti topped with tomato and onion.
We started with ALOO GOBHI ZAFRANI with tandoori baby potato and gobhi, very delicious. FISH AJWANI TIKKA is succulent fish marinated in delicious masala. Moving on TANDOORI PRAWNS stole my heart, must have and CHICKEN PAHADI TIKKA tasted really very nice, loved all the starters.
In main course we were served CHICKEN KADAI boneless chicken cooked in red gravy with many spices in it. also MUTTON ROGANJOSH it was a burst of many flavours in every bite, loved it. PANEER MASALA was more of sweet gravy, it tasted great with BUTTER GARLIC NAAN and MIX KULCHA.
CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI was made with perfection and was served with raita, loved the flavours. In starters we were also served with PANEER MANCHURIAN i might be missing with name but it tasted good. Also in starters CHICKEN SEEKH KEBAB was succulent and made with subtle spices.
Final Verdict – I loved everything i tried in Indian Summer, the flavours and taste is very fresh and delicious. The fish and chicken is so succulent and you know that everything is fresh and delectable. The ambiance is very nice, it is perfect place for the family gathering. Service is very prompt
