The Mumbai Social – I am extremely happy to know about one more restaurant in town which serves authentic Maharashrian food and that is The Mumbai Social. The ambiance of this place is absolutely quirky with some colorful and catchy captions, old & new iconic hindi movie posters and the menu is extremely amazing with many great choices from different parts of Maharashtra & India.

They have many choices in the menu but we tried their recent offer which is Maharashrian Thali which consist many delicious dishes like CHICKEN MALVAN, SAOJI EGG, chicken kharada , sol kadhi, kolhapuri chicken and one dessert along with rice and chapati. This is must have thali if you want to know what is authentic Maharashtrian food. We also tried delicious MISAL PAV it was amazing too. The spices were great in every bite it is usually a spicy dish with perfectly toasted fresh pav served along with it.

We also had MUMBAI GRILL SANDWICH which is absolutely filling and yummy. I loved the huge portion they serve of each dish. The first impression it self remind you of Mumbai and the food no doubt is delicious too. The staff is very polite and service is prompt too.
