Saj bistro is again a new place in town, where you enjoy simple, tasty and fresh food with modern fusion given to the dishes. My experience here at Saj bistro was really nice.

Bistro means serving moderately priced simple meals in a modest setting and when you enter Saj bistro you exactly get the same feeling. I must say the ambiance will steal your heart. Small, cute and colorful every nook and corner is very contemporary yet modest. The service is quick and service staff is prompt

We started with SPINACH AND FETA OMELETTE with baby spinach and feta cheese, loved how it was served with tiny bowl of fruits and brown bread along with potato wedges, loved it. QUINOA SALAD tempted me from the menu and i ordered one, mix of arugula and pine nuts and dried figs, amazing flavours

THAI CHICKEN ROLL with roasted peanuts tasted amazing but somehow the chicken was very chewy, that let me down, but the fries served with it was so good in taste. AKKAWI CHEESE from face up section tasted really very amazing, akkawi cheese is very flavourful itself and loved how freshly it was made.

One of their best seller dessert is LOTUS WAFFLE a crisp, at the same time soft and topped scoop of ice cream and whipped cream, the sweet level is perfect, this is perfect for lotus lovers. VEGGIE ROLL with some interesting filling inside like arugula, spinach, feta and goat cheese was an interesting combination.

Final Verdict – With the dishes they serve home made spice which work like magic for the spicy food lovers. The food is genuinely fresh, simple and tasty just the way they claim. The ambiance is very relaxing and very modern. The location is perfect and off course the service is good, for quick bites, recommended.
