Molecule – You may have not heard term ‘Bistronomy’ but recently it is been introduces by a very unique and new French restaurant Molecule. The name itself give an urge to visit and try the place. Recently I tried this unique and quirky café and here is my take.
Dubai design district is known for some great collections of restaurants in the premises and Molecule is adding one more gem in it. The ambiance is very classy and divided into outdoor and indoor seating, along with a funky bar. The wall art is done beautifully.
I started with THE FAMOUS BURRATA it was fresh with melt in mouth texture. PROVANCE TOMATO is different types of tomato drizzled with 6 year aged balsamic vinegar. Also TIGER PRAWNS with orange, chili and jasmine is a unique combination to try in a dish.
In mains I tried CHILEAN SEABASS with lemon, capers and parsley is a perfect combination in a plate, sourness if capers brings deliciousness in the taste. LAMB RACK is roasted perfectly cooked lamb with sage and different other flavours in the platter.
In the desserts we chose MYSTERIOUS ARABICA with milk chocolate ganache, confit pear and Arabica ice cream is surprise dessert to try. Hot chocolate pouring over the bowl is satisfied to watch. MILLE FEUILLE surprisingly tasted so good with Tahiti vanilla.
Final Verdict – Molecule focuses on the mix of bold flavours and bring the surprise out of it. It was truly was an amazing experience to try the food at Molecule.
