A new place is making it’s debut in Dubai and i am totally astound after my visit here. A cute looking place made impression in my mind that it is a bakery, but to my surprise its serving many things under one roof. It is a casual dining place where they sell Indian desserts, bakery items and delicious vegetarian menu.

Instantly appealing interiors with floor to ceiling display of beautiful gift boxes they offer for sweets and chocolates. It is also offering a cute mock tail bar upstairs, with spacious seating for large groups. Since the weather is good you can also enjoy outdoor seating. Menu offer many fusion and international options.

We started with some delicious refreshing drinks and all of them were really good in taste. BLUE BERRY SMOOTHIE it was served in a very interesting way with dry ice fume. It tasted very smooth and delicious. BANTA SODA bought my childhood memory back in first sip. LEMON MOJITO was simple and very refreshing.

A interesting and catchy section in the menu is you won’t miss the meat where everything is made with soya. SOYA ACHARI TIKKA was more like i am eating chicken, very sofet and delicious. MEXICAN TACOS served with sour cream and tomato salsa and every bite tasted authentic, filling is very authentic is taste, delicious.

RATATOUILLE was a very interesting mix of tomatoes, garlic, onion, zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper with herb rice, presentation is very interesting, this dish is just out standing, loved every flavors. THAI RED CURRY was thin curry, but flavors were intact. POTATO TOASTIE was English style wada pao, served with fries.

Since they have many Indian sweets and bakery items, we tried many desserts like RASMALAI, very fresh and authentic. KAJU BARFI is very delicious. Apart from this PISTACHIO AND ALMOND ROLLS were very heavy and perfect desserts. From bakery we tried CARROT CAKE, though the cinnamon presence was missing, but was good.

Final Verdict – Umm hurair is a very busy location and such place was needed at this part. The vibrant dark colors surely is very attractive. They also offer large variety of theme gift boxes to choose. The restaurant is very spacious and good for the large groups. Also i should mention that service is very quick and prompt.
