Choices – Just by the name, brunch at choices gives you enormous choices to go for. While entering the premises, it feels some feast going around you. Beautifully done setup with so any variety from many cuisine is something make you perplex, from where to start. I simply loved the brunch and without doubt this is one of my favorite brunches in town.
Ambiance is huge just like the brunch. It starts from the lobby itself and continues till the end of the restaurant. They serve food from all seven restaurants from the hotel, where you have choices from Japanese, Thai, Arabic, Indian, seafood, grills, desserts and what not. I simply loved how each and every dish tasted delicious, even after many options.
I started with salad section, also they have made a dedicated section for the DIPS. Which is a great addition in any brunch. From the Thai section i loved GRILLED CHICKEN and FISH both of them were lightly marinated and grill well. Along with it they have Chinese section were SPRING ROLL didn’t impress me much, the sauces were fresh and tasted great.
The Japanese section was very interesting as they have different types of sushi to offer you. Vegetarians, don’t be disappointed as vegetarian sushi is available on demand. PRAWN TEMPURA and VEGETABLE TEMPURA tasted great as they were crispy and fresh. I liked the fact that they have dedicated SHARBAT section with different flavors.
Slider station surprised me with many varieties together. THAI FISH CAKE SLIDER was very subtle in flavors. INDIAN CHAPLI SLIDER was a great twist to go for. OYSTERS were fresh and they tasted really very delicious. PINK SAUCE PASTA was creamy and good. FALAFEL were crispy and fresh. Indian mains didn’t really impress me here.
Now after all this my favorite part, which is desserts. They have two different desserts station, in which one is dedicated oreo desserts station. I loved the regular PANNA COTTA, BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE and CHOCOLATE CAKE, but apart from this desserts were not that great if compared with mains and other selections. Choices are real good.
Final Verdict – Since i have already mentioned that choices gives you variety and so many things i tried which i could not write as well. For vegetarians they also offer dishes on request. So weekend brunch with family can be fun and full with choices. Every age group will love this place for sure. For a good brunch, this place is highly recommended.
