Ginger is a very known spice in kitchen and also great for digestion or sour throat. It comes from root family, and it is a key ingredient in the Indian cuisine for cooking.
In summers i make very simple and easy drink with ginger and apple, which you can make in the morning and drink whole day, it gives instant energy and good for digestion.
Ingredient
Chilled Apple juice – 2 Cups
Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Juice – 1 Tablespoon
Salt – a pinch to taste
Chopped ginger – for garnish
Method
In a glass first add chilled apple juice, then lemon juice and ginger juice, then add salt, mix well, add chopped ginger, serve.
Note: You can use black salt instead of plain salt.
