Overnight Oats

I personally love overnight oats, reason this needs no cooking and we can add many flavors in it. Oats can be your perfect protein source after work out with addition of right thing. I like it with chia seeds, as chia seeds doesn’t change the taste of oats and also is very nutritious.IMG_2409


I am sharing the easiest version of oats, you can also make it vegan and glutton free version, as per your choice.


Rolled Oats – half cup

Milk – half cup

Yogurt – 2 tablespoon

Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons

Honey – 1 tablespoons

Mixed berries – 1 handful

Banana – 1


Mix oats, milk and honey in a small bowl. Now in a jar layer the ingredients, first layer oats mix in the base, then chia seeds, then yogurt, add some berries too. Repeat the steps. Keep it in fridge overnight.

In the morning add some berries and drizzle some honey on top, serve chilled.

For Vegan – replace milk with coconut milk or almond milk and yogurt with coconut yogurt.
