Indian festivals bring one thing in my mind and that is dessert. Since childhood in every festival we use to eat many Indian desserts, one of them is Coconut Laddo.
There are two types of version of making one is with dry coconut and other one is with fresh coconut. I like it more with fresh coconut, this is also very easy to make. So let’s start making this easy yet delicious dessert
Ingredients
Fresh grated coconut – 1 cup
Condensed milk – half cup
Clarified butter (ghee) – 3 tablespoon
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Method
Heat clarified butter in a large pan add fresh grated coconut. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, add condensed milk cook until its thick to make rounds, add cardamom powder, switch off the gas, let this mixture cool for some time.
Grease your palm, take small ball of coconut mixture in center of your palm, shape it in small balls, serve.
