Kim’s Singapore Seafood – I have tried Singapore cuisine only in Singapore in 2017. After that, I never got to know any restaurant serves authentic Singapore cuisine. Well now we have one authentic restaurant serves Singapore cuisine along with beautiful ambiance.
We started with GOLDEN PUMPKIN SOUP WITH PRAWN & CRAB MEAT loved the thick consistency along with the meat. HOMEMADE CHICKEN PRAWN ROLL loved the flavor of water chestnut mixed with meat and fried to the satisfying taste, loved the start of the meal.
Moving ahead we tried HOT PLATE BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN with veggies and finger licking black pepper sauce, it tastes perfect with Singapore bread. BBQ CHILLI SEA BREAM tasted amazing with BBQ sambal chili. Loved the sauce with the Singapore bread, it is must have.
In the dessert we tried LEMONGRASS WITH LEMON SORBET gives you refreshing feel in every bite. CHOCOLATE PANDAN FONDANT has the right amount of pandan flavor, and oozing chocolate from the middle, loved both the desserts, highly recommended.
Overall we had a very good experience exploring Singapore cuisine right here in the land of desert.
