Desi Village – Recently I visited Desi village for dinner and just as name the restaurant manage to bring a very desi touch in the interior. The huge area is used beautifully as it is divided in shisha and family sections. The service was prompt and staff was aware of the menu.

We started with TANGDI KULFI, the presentation is beautiful it is chicken coated in creamy marination, loved the mild flavors. DAHI KE KEBAB was crispy from outside and soft inside. GULNAR ALOO was baby potato marinated and grilled to the perfection. GALAUTI KABAB was literally melting in mouth.

In mains PANEER MAKHNI was delicious with balanced spices. MURG LAZEEZ HANDI is perfect dish with naan and DAAL TADKA was again very delicious and well made. MUTTON BIRYANI was again very delicious and amazing with right amount of flavors.

In dessert SHAHI MALAI PHIRNI was a perfect treat to end the meal, it was creamy thick and had right amount of sweetness. MALAI KULFI had a coconut flavor surprise. Over all we loved our experience at Desi Village.
