Hitchki – One of our favorite Hitchki is back with its new menu. The team has put all their effort to bring this new additions in the menu, you can taste the efforts put into the bringing new menu as each dish is different than each other and has its authentic flavors and taste.

We started with THE SHAKE it is creamy and thick avocado shake with ice cream blended in it. WAT E MELON is beautiful combination of watermelon and coconut water, love both the cocktails. PANI PURI PAKODA was the first dish served to us, it is masala stuffed puri served with tamarind chutney and spicy sour water, flavors were superb, loved the presentation and the innovation.

Then M&M MOMO which is paneer stuffed and fried momos along with some specific spices. Loved the flavors. Another one was mouthwatering BUTTER CREAM MOMO it was marinated with malai, oh beautiful. NAAN KHOL KE SUN the innovative long foot kebeb wrapped and hanged with naan, lovely presentation. Loved the authentic kebab along with the green chutney.

In mains GOGO TUSSI GREAT HO is a veg meal comes with paneer gravy, naan, rice, kheer and so many other things, the name is hilariously filmy so the presentation, kudos. The next dish was HOW IS THE JOSH which is mutton roghan josh served with jeera naan, the flavors are authentic and quantity is perfect. Loved the innovation behind names and presentation of each dish.

Now the most important part of the dish which is dessert. The dessert we tried was MR. INDIA a giant bowl topped with red sugar made cover, you need to break the cover and indulge into the layer of motichoor ice cream, gajar kalwa and ghevar, beautifully presented and innovative presentation. Overall loved everything from the new menu, highly recommended.
