Akss – India Reimagined – Do not miss to try Akss as they are giving twist of molecular gastronomy that gives a refreshing change to the authentic Indian flavors. Beautiful ambiance, mouthwatering food, prompt service and smiling staff is all you will find in Akss.

We started with GHAMANDI LASSI creamy and filling, loved it. PANI PURI CAPRIOSKA presentation is good and the drink is spicy and tangy, I personally liked it. PALAK SANTRE KA SOUP is good start. PALAK PATTA CHAAT is made with nitrogen twist right on your table, very flavorful. KEBAB PLATTER has selection like TIKKA PANEER & TANDOORI STUFFED MUSHROOM everything had right amount of flavors. PAV BHAJI BOMB is must have, it is filled with creamy bhaji and topped with butter, superb.

In mains we had SUBZ DIWANI HANDI with assorted veggies and rich tomato gravy, with different type of NAAN. In desserts we tried KESARI KUFI MAGIC, it is again live preparation with liquid nitrogen, was good in taste. Overall we had superb time and experience at Akss, will surely visit again.
