Bukhara – Indian food is one of the most popular cuisine and when it comes to authentic Indian food Bukhara is one of the few top restaurants I will think of. Since it is located in Ajman it is a bit long drive from Dubai, but people living in Ajman have the best option.

A big wooden door welcomes you inside this gorgeous restaurant. Palatial restaurant that depicts royalty with ornate furniture highlights. Service staff is very cheerful and serves food with smile. Dim yellow light make the aura very cozy and perfect.

We started with MIX KEBAB PLATTER delicious paneer tikka, tandoori aloo, murg malai chicken and more make you fall in love with each of it. Love the delicate flavors. In mains ACHARI CHICKEN will remind you of typical Dhaba style taste, loved it.

My excitement to try DAL BUKHARA was totally worth. It is rich, creamy and seamless blend of right spices, loved it. In desserts we tried CHEFS MEDLEY DESSERT MEDLEY served right on your table is twist of modern gastronomy to the classical menu.

Surely will not mind long drive to Ajman to indulge into authentic Indian gastronomic affair.
