Waka – If you haven’t try Peruvian food yet the try it ASAP as it is one of the fresh, full of flavour cuisine. Waka is a newly open restaurant where you can enjoy not only Peruvian flavours but also Latin American and Japanese cuisine. With a very lavish and classy interiors, the most attractive thing is turquoise door. Enjoy the impeccable service while dining.

We ordered some of the special cocktails and they were absolutely amazing. Started with delicious WAKAMOLE where the guacamole is given a smoky flavour, and served with healthy nachos, it is must try. Moving ahead we tried crispy calamari, the calamari was perfectly crispy and tasted just amazing.

Ceviche section is one of my favorite in the menu and I thoroughly enjoyed DEL MERCADO, each bite is packed with flavours and freshness, simply loved and it is highly recommended to try. In mains I tried ROASTED BABY CHICKEN it was perfectly cooked and is full of flavours and tasted just amazing.

In desserts you will get many options to try in the menu I chose 3 LECHES combination of sponge cake, 3 milks sauce, passion fruit sorbet, every bite is just wow. Since it was my birthday the entire staff bought me SALTED CARAMEL CHEESECAKE with piloncillo honey and raspberry sorbet, just loved it.

Final Verdict – Waka is surely a place to be, this newly open restaurant will steal your heart with the very casual yet classy and specious interiors. Just come and enjoy traditional food along with prompt service.
