We were served with some classy and amazing cocktails PONTIANAK was an amazing concoction with belvedere vodka, blueberry, vanilla, lime and ginger ale. KOKO is surprising mix of plums, bourbon, lime, hazelnut and chocolate bitters, must try drink.
Along with some signature Maki we tried FRESH BLUEFIN TUNA CARPACCIO with crispy capers, pomegranate reduction and yuzu soy, loved it. Also BLACK COD AND PRAWN DIMSUM tasted so delicious and was packed with fresh flavors.
CRISPY CHICKEN KARAAGE with yuzu kosho & shichimi aioli, puzu salsa is delightful in every bite. LOBSTER TACO is simple and flavorful dish. CRISPY JAPANESE EGGPLANT & BURRATA served with yuzu truffle is very fresh and twisted dish, not to be missed.
WAKAME FLAME MAKI TUNA with cucumber, avocado and spicy tuna is flamed on the table, cold and hot flavours give a very unique flavour. MAKI FIRECRACKER ROSES is must have salmon rose with tempura crumbs, tasted just amazing in every bite.
Moving ahead JAMBO PRAWNS with jalapeno and red onion salsa is wholesome goodness in the plate. In dessert we tried CARDAMOM CRÈME BRULEE with my name on the plate, which is so cute. The flavours were subtle and perfect to end the meal.
