Tableya – Dubai is the home to the finest food and beverage and Tableya bringing new life to existing food trends by introducing Indo Arab concept inspired by the streets of the Middle East and India. The concept is already going very popular and every foodies is heading Tableya.
Ambiance is very interesting with beautiful colors and paintings all around, the contrast of turquoise color gives a vibrant look. Restaurant is divided in two sections, one is smocking section where you can enjoy some interesting sheesha and the other one is family section.
Tableya offers the best and prompt service the chef himself served the delicacies. First we were served with amuse bouche KAITAFI CHAAT flavors packed small bite size ball will give you burst of flavors. TEMPURA TABAK MAAZ rogan josh glaze with radish walnut chutney is flavorful.
Moving ahead we tried BUTTER CHICKEN KULCHA not only the presentation was amazing but the taste was awesome and it was stomach filling. WARM BABHA GHANOUSH CORNETTO with tahini cream and sumac foam is served in a cute little truck and is very flavorful.
PANI PURI SHOTS is served with different types of water along with panipuri. LEMON GRASS CHICKEN was intact with flavors and chicken was succulent. In mains we tried PALAK CORN BURRATA very delicious and SMOCKED DAAL was very delicious and flavorful.
LAMB SHANK SHUWA served with mixed berry pilaf and finished with desi ghee, the spice of lamb shank gives this dish different taste. DABBAWALA PAV BHAJI is served in a very interesting tiffin made with butternut squash instead of potato, served with cute mini buttered pav.
In dessert we tried CITRUS GARDEN a very unique fusion of Indian desserts like gulab jamun, ras malai and rasgulla with fruits like passion fruit, orange and more, presentation is amazing. WHO SPIILLED MY COFFEE interestingly presented chocolate mousse with berries and cake.
Final Verdict – Tableya brings unique fusion of Indian and Arab flavors in a very interesting way of using a part of molecular gastronomy. The restaurant offer guests the opportunity to experience innovative dishes in a sleek and relaxing surrounding.
