I attended the Master cooking session with Chef Bali, who gave some real insides of spices. We were served with BHATTI DA KUKAD chicken marinated with mustard oil, bhatti masala and roasted on charcoal grill, very tender and flavorful. Also SARSO WALA JHINGA tiger prawn marinated with homemade mustard cooked in tandoor, packed with flavors. TANDOORI CHAAMPAN marinated lamb chops roasted in tandoor, was a treat.
Moving ahead in mains we were served with CHICKEN BUTTER MASALA, very flavorful, RAHDYA MEAT lamb shanks, low cooked with roasted cumin & coriander was delicious. Also METHI WALA KADHAI JHINGA gravy was thick and prawns were cooked to the perfection. To accompany this KULCHA, UDAD CHANNA LENTILS & GOSHT DUM PULAO was served, it was a perfect meal.
For dessert they stuck to the basic and full of flavors. KESRI PHIRNI was delicious, BADAM HALWA & PISTA KULFI was a real treat. Over all the food was mouth watering and delicious.
