Sufra – Indian cuisine is always close to my heart, and when i heard about the Indian night every Wednesday to indulge in some delicious authentic Indian delicacies. Nestled in one of the beautiful properties in town, Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. Filled with rich pretty and elegant interiors, Sufra will surely steal your heart with the simplicity.
The buffet has two live stations including PAO BHAJI and in dessert section JALEBI. I jumped first in to the salad station where i found GREEN LENTIL SALAD, i quite liked the idea of mini shots of MANGO and STRAWBERRY LASSI and BUTTER MILK, it was fresh and refreshing. Don’t miss the live CHAAT COUNTER where you can tickle your taste buds with sour, sweet combination of BHEL PURI, PANI PURI and what not.
In the starters and appetizers section indulge into the PANEER TIKKA, MUSHROOM TIKKA from the vegetarian section. For the non vegetarian lovers, i liked the FISH AJWAIN TIKKA, GRILLED PRAWNS and TANDOORI CHICKEN every thing tasted good also cooked to the perfection and was very succulent. Since everything they are serving is Indian you will be happy to find freshly made TANDOORI ROTI and NAAN to accompany your food.
The gravy section includes PALAK PANEER, CHICKEN MAKHANI GRAVY, DAAL and more. Now lets talk about desserts, from the Indian range you will find, MILK CAKE, VERMICELLI KHEER and my favorite JALEBI and RABRI, in international dessert range you will find varieties like CHOCOLATE CAKE, PUDDINGS and more.
The buffet also includes soft drinks, fresh juices or 2 pints of beer. It is a good deal to indulge in. Also every Friday you can enjoy Friday brunch, where you will find options like Arabic, Mexican and Indian variety.
