Indo Indo Seafood and Grill – Seafood is a different cuisine in itself. Prawns, shrimps, variety of fish and many more is enough to temp a seafood lover. I recently come across with Indo Indo, which is a newly opened seafood hidden gem, it is better to call paradise for seafood lovers

Tucked in Cluster D, JLT, Indo Indo has very comfortable and contemporary ambiance. The wooden tables and bench style seating gives more a cafe look. The wall art is very simple, use of fish net and other small show pieces is cute way to represent what they ares serving

We started with LEMON ICE TEA and MINT LEMON ICE TEA they make it fresh in house, it was refreshing. SEAFOOD LAKSA SOUP which was in favour of the chilled weather now day in Dubai, was a delicious soup with fresh flavours, no ingredient was overpowering the taste.

In starters we tried TEMPE MONDEON crispy fried soya bean with spring onion in batter, accompanied with chilli soya sauce, tasted good. I also tried RISOL prawn and veggies in very crispy spring roll, i enjoyed it with sweet chilli sauce, full of flavours, wholesome and less oily.

I enjoyed the most was CHILLI PRAWNS AND VEGGIES sautéed prawns in chilli sauce and served with rice. Tried BAKMI NOODLES thick yokisoba noodles with seafood, Indonesian style cooking makes it very delicious. GRILLED HAMOUR FISH I enjoyed it so much, was very flavourful.

Now it was time for some desserts and i liked CHOCOLATE BANANA SPRING ROLLS served with ice cream, surprisingly I enjoyed it so much, very crispy and delightful. Also PUTU AYU which is steamed rice flour coconut stuffed Indonesian cupcake, soft and delicious.

Final Verdict – Seafood with Indonesian twist is all about Indo Indo Seafood and Grill. The flavours are known but surely it was fun to explore the dishes, i am surely happy with everything i tried here. Service can be improved a bit, as I thought it was little slow, but the food is worth a try.
