Dubai is coming up with many new restaurants and The Artisan by Enoteca Pinchorri is a new addition in the fine dining Italian cuisine. This restaurant is very noteworthy in town and soon had become talk of the town. The team has take care of serving fresh and innovative dishes on your table

The most wonderful part of this restaurant is the ambiance, the look is contemporary and pastel colours used beautifully. The look is very crisp and very elegant. So everything is very fresh and elegant. The menu is diverse and service is very prompt and staff is friendly and very active. Loved every single detail

We started with ZUCCHINI FLOWER it is fried zucchini flower stuffed with buffalo mozzarella cheese and tuscan pesto, loved the flavours. We also tried staff recommended dish which is ARTICHOKE SALAD it was a new and fresh thing to try, the flavours are amazing and it tasted very different and nice.

In starters i also tried SLOW COOKED OCTOPUS, it is cooked in olive oil and served with fresh french beans, potatoes and taggiasca olives, the taste was amazing. I mains i tried SEA BASS cooked under salt crust served with virgin sauce it was served with grilled vegetables, loved the simplicity of this dish

Now the best part and that is desserts, and when in any Italian restaurant TIRAMISU is must and here it was served in a very simple way, loved the balanced sweetness in it, the portion was generous. The other dessert was Christmas special CAKE which was more like fruit cake and served with cream dip.

Final Verdict – The most amazing part of this restaurant is the modern interiors and warmth and friendliness of the staff. The food is actually like an artist created creativity on the plate, very beautifully presented and delectable. The location is perfect, and you can enjoy outdoor seating in this weather.
