Outdoor places always fascinate me where i can enjoy good weather, lovely ambiance and yes, good food. Recently i explored ‘The Deck’ with amazing view and plenty of options to opt from the menu, they hold ladies night and many other theme nights every week and on Friday you can indulge your self in lavish brunch, i was very impressed

The place still needs some work to be done in the interiors as this is a very recent decision of management of the hotel to utilise this place for the good weather of Dubai for patrons with lovely view and music. Surely the place gives very positive vibes the moment you enter and the service is really very prompt and staff is very active

They offer some nice drinks in the menu and I started with CLASSIC MARGHERITTA it definitely a good start of the evening, the flavours of the drinks were mixed beautiful with tangy flavours in it. Also i tried from the menu is PINACOLADA woth amazingly refreshing flavours of pineapple and coconut milk, loved the flavours and taste.

Thought they have specific menu for The Deck but you but i got freedom to choose from different menu they offer on specific timings. I started with SMOKED SALMON OPEN SANDWICH served with french fries and salad. Loved the flavours, very fresh and it was going great with sauce they served along with it. Fresh and flavourful.

Moving ahead GUACAMOLE which we ordered was really very delectable with flavours and taste it has. Served along with tortilla chips, sour cream and tomato salsa. Its a perfect finger food to pair with the drinks. Also CALAMARI RINGS served with some amazing dip tasted too good, the dip surely enhanced the taste of this deep fried snack

They have again good and huge variety in the mains and I couldn’t really resist my self trying GREEN THAI CARRY without any doubt the flavours were very sharp and tasted good but excess of salt stopped me to enjoy this dish. NASI GORANG which is an asian rice delicacy had chicken and prawns in it, this tasted really very nice and the flavours were fresh.

In desserts i tried CHEESE CAKE loved the simplicity of this platter, they serve it beautifully too. Also GREEN TEA CAKE looked really beautiful with green colour frosting in layers and on top, flavours were very subtle. Moving ahead we also tried the FRESH CUT FRUITS which was served with some good variety of fruits it was fresh and sweet.

final Verdict – As I mentioned that i love out door seating and in this lovely weather in town The Deck is a place where you can come relax and unwind yourself with good view offered one side. For parties and big gathering they also take bookings, don’t wait just pay your visit here soon. For some drinks and good food.
