Dubai is a city where its mostly hot and to quench the thirst, the freak shake trend shows no signs of slowing down. These monstrous concoctions promise to fix all your sugar cravings at once with their combo of milky goodness, rich, gooey cake, cookie chunks, lashings of cream and a carnival of colourful toppings.

Boombalambuz is becoming popular in town because of some fancy shakes and ice creams they serve. Located in Jumeirah, this small shop can not be missed to notice. Ambiance is neat and very simple, which makes this place very photogenic. Since it is a newly opened restaurant, they are always bringing new items in menu.

I liked how they have squeezed their menu in an i-pad with beautiful and tempting pictures. We were served a very new shake which they have recently launched. ROSE MILKSHAKE with very unique mix of pistachio in it, the fusion of rose and pistachio worked really amazing and turned out very refreshing.

Moving ahead in hot and very photogenic drink MARSHMALLO MOCHA with hot mocha drink with whipped cream and marshmallo on top with sprinkles, delectable. We also ordered STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE which is a simple yet perfectly sweet drink with a cheese cake on top, i loved the subtle flavours in it.

Final Verdict – Officially freak shakes has take over the world. And in town there are many places serving it. Boom balambuz is a new place making its own identity in the market and they are sure doing great here. I personally choose milkshake over ice cream, since the weather is getting better, this should be your next stop.
