Japanese cuisine is very scrumptious and intact with many flavours. It has simple taste but burst of many tastes. When it comes to food, the Japanese are among the most enthusiastic and passionate of any race. Careful preparation and meticulous presentation are crucial elements of Japanese cuisine.

Ramusake offers authentic Japanese cuisine along with beautiful ambiance with some modern touch everywhere. Love every single detail they have given to bring Japanese culture under one roof. The wooden touch gives a very stylish look everywhere. Outdoor seating is preferred in the good weather.

We started with some tipsy cocktails and the suggestion came from the staff was STARTLIGHT a very interesting mix of pineapple with absinthwith hint of lemon and basil, this is very light a perfect for afternoon drink. We also tried SANGRIA with mix of fruits, it is must have when here in big group.

We started with SPIDER MAKI ROLL with soft shell crab, avocado and jalapeno mayo, the rolls looked very tempting and it tasted really very nice with bursting flavours in every bite. The other thing we tried was SPICY TUNA TEMAKI with spicy tuna and fried wonton and pickled ginger. I loved the spicy taste.

Moving ahead we tried TUNA SASHIMI PIZZA with truffle ponzu, and wasabi tobiko, pizza was very unique as the base was perfectly crisp and tuna had amazingly fresh taste. Also TUNA TARTER with avocado sauce and crispy seaweed sheet, what a beautifully combination and very fresh and made perfectly.

The menu is small but has very interesting dishes, we tried FRIED TRUFFLE AND CHEESE DUMPLINGS with truffle ponzu this dish stood out beautifully with so much flavours. SWEET POTATO FRIES are must have here as they taste amazing with kimchi mayo and jalapeno dip, this is best i had till now, must have.

The food journey didn’t stop here but we also opted for my favorite fish STEAMED SEABASS the flavours were very subtle and it tasted much better with some fresh onion sprinkled on top. Also the KINOKO RICE with truffle sauce tasted just out of this world, again very subtle flavors and beautifully made.

Desserts are always the best part and how can i miss this delicious part we tried almost everything they have in the menu and what i liked the most was CHOCOLATE FONDANT this delectable delicacy is beautiful in taste also COCONUT PUDDING is something you should not miss when here, delectable.

final Verdict -It’s fair to say that fish is an integral part of the Japanese diet, but of course the food offering in Japan extends to far more than just fish. Ramusake is very extensive view to look for Japanese food as per the taste buds allow. I don’t mind going back and enjoy some good time with a glass of sangria.
