Sauteed Vegetables With Tofu

Healthy recipes are usually not that delicious but this recipe is every ones favorite at my home. Its simple and hustle free and you can make it in minutes.


I usually make it for dinner when i am lazy to make anything large and heavy. I am sure this will be your favorite too. Here is the recipe.

Serves – 2 Portions



Tofu – 1 Cup (Cut in cubes)

Baby Corn – 3 To 4

Bell Peppers – 2

Baby Spinach – 1 Cup

Broccoli – 100 Grams

Carrot – 1

Beans – 1 Handful

Spring Onion – 1 bunch

Garlic – 4 cloves (crushed)

Oil – 1 Tablespoon

Salt – To Taste

Black Pepper – Half Teaspoon


Cut Tofu in cubes (i used silken tofu)


Cut all the vegetables carrot, beans, broccoli, bell pepper,  baby corn in to desired shape. Add oil in pan stir fry for 5 min and keep aside.

Now chop spring onion and saute with garlic add above veggies with salt and black pepper, mix well.

Slightly saute the tofu or keep it like that, serve with veggies and garnish with coriander.
