As much as Radisson blu resort property impress me, the food in all the restaurants they serve is simply delectable. Al Nokhada was my dinner feast and voila! Indian Arabian cuisine contrast on the table impressed me so much. The food variety is much on the middle eastern side, but they nailed the Indian food.
First of all the ambiance of this restaurant is so romantic. Live music and lamps makes it more soothing and quite. The whole place is draped in pastel shades with dark color hints in the interiors. The shades are used widely, yellow light falling all over the place makes everything perfect and delightful. Service is prompt
We started with COLD & HOT MEZZE platter with options like cheese sambousa, kebah and fattoush salad. HUMMUS tasted very fresh and accompanied the dishes so well. ARABIC MIX GRILL tasted so good as the meat quality was used was good. LAMB KEBAB and CHICKEN GRILL accompanied with FRIES was yummy.
In mains the spread was Indian and were served KADAI PANEER and MIXED VEG curries were perfectly seasoned, not too spicy, but still very flavourful. Loved the DAL MAKHANI very rich & creamy in taste. Also MURGH LAZEEJ HANDI again was a great preparation done in terms of Indian food, green chutney was good.
I always say that the dessert part is the best part of the meal and we get to try not one but three different desserts. GULAB JAMUN WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM tasted yummy as the gulab jamun were soft and perfectly sweet. UM ALI and BAKLAVA were very fresh the quality ingredients were used in making.
Final Verdict – Food is fresh and delectable, service is really quick. I recommend this place to enjoy the romantic dinner. My over all experience in the restaurant was good and i enjoyed the Arabic and Indian cuisines together. When in the hotel to unwind on weekends may be, you must visit here.
