Grill republic is a new name in the list of restaurants in the town and it is located in Dubai Marina. It serves Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Healthy Food, European cuisine and all this is very popular in the town. Loved the fact that the location is very beautiful in looks and accessible as well.

Dubai weather is getting better and the best part is that Grill Republic offers indoor and outdoor both seating. Indoor ambiance is very vibrant and contemporary, i must say it is very modern where plants are used beautifully. The outdoor seating has splendid marina view, service is prompt.

We started with GREEK SALAD with cucumber, tomato, lettuce, olive and feta cheese, the cheese literally bring magic in this simple salad, the dressing was very lemony and tangy. GRILLED HALOUMI CHEESE sliced haloumi cheese grilled and served with olive salad, it tasted fresh and delicious.

Moving ahead we tried CHEF’S FRIES a healthy dish of baked potato with garlic and parmesan cheese sprinkled on it and served with white and red sauce. Also GRILLED PRAWNS served with grilled veg, saffron rice, green sauce i liked the char coaled prawns it was slightly over cooked.

Final Verdict – If you ask me what is the best thing about this place i would say the view. Location is really very accessible. The menu is very interesting and has many options to try from Mediterranean, Middle Eastern cuisine. Also the healthy options are plenty. This new place is surely good.
