So finally Barbeque Nation has stepped overseas by opening their new branch in Dubai. In India it has already made its name and created a blast in food industry with buffet in many cities. Back in India without any doubt it is my favorite place to dine in with family. How could i miss to try when it is in Dubai now.

As expected the ambiance is very spacious with live counters and the interior is modest. To my surprise live music was going on for the entertainment where a singer was singing songs. Service is something i would like to highlight as the staff is very attentive and take good care of patrons by checking several times.

Apart form the live barbeque options we were served MUTTON MASALA SEEKH, very intact flavors. PESHAWARI TANGRI it was nice. HARE MATAR KI TIKKI loved the taste. From barbeque CHICKEN SATAY tasted good. my most favorite was COASTAL BARBEQUE FISH and BURNT GARLIC PRAWN simply loved it.

In vegetarian options PANEER SASHLIK was flavorful, but i did not CAJUN POTATO much. CRIPSY FRIED CORN was really very nice. BARBEQUE PINEAPPLE tasted really very nice and flavorful. Sauces served along with it are really very nice. Since the live barbeque keeps food hot everything tastes fresh and good.

Apart from mains the live counter has some nice options like MUTTON CHOP with gravy to try. Also soup can be done as per your choice of toppings. I enjoyed mini dal section with 3 different types of dal and i liked the most was DAL MAKHANI, loved it. PANEER LABABDAR was good and tasted great with BUTTER ROTI.

From desserts i liked the kulfi station and i picked DATE KULFI and MALAI KULFI both of it was creamy and delicious. MOONG DAAL HALWA was really very good in taste and the sugar level was balanced. MINI GULAB JAMUN was good. I did’t enjoy RICE PHIRNI as the creamy ness was lacking in taste.

Final Verdict – This concept of grilling your own food in the live barbeque station and enjoying hot along with sauces and preferred spice level is very fascinating and unique. The location is very convenient, service is good. Every variety is unlimited and all this is for lunch 59 AED and Dinner 75 AED.
