Chef Heinz Beck is one of the most celebrated and respected chefs in Europe holding five Michelin stars. Known as the Master of Gastronomy. How is it to dine in an Michelin star chef restaurant? I must say it is fabulous! I was intrigued to visit here and try the Italian food since long and my visit was just worth it.

It is located in Al safa, and the ambiance is very live and different. It not only a restaurant it is restaurant, retail, bakery and gelato all together. You can not only dine here but buy breads, pesto, cooking oil, pasta and many more, and gelato is also there. Service is really very nice, the staff is taking care of the tables.

We went with chef’s choice and tried BURRATTA oh my god, i cant tell how fresh it was, beautifully presented with carrot and cucumber rolls, delectable. BRUSCHETTA was really very fresh and again full of flavors, cherry tomato cut and topped on crunchy bread along with olive oil, very delicious and fresh.

Moving ahead we tried QUINOA SALAD i can say it is the best in town, quinoa cooked perfectly and dressed with lemon olive oil dressing, soft, fresh and delectable. How can you miss pizza in an Italian restaurant and we tried MARGHERITA PIZZA simple tomato sauce and cheese, the base was very crispy.

In mains i tried SMOKED SALMON which was served with light wasabi sauce and fresh seasonal vegetables, wow it flavors were so fresh and delectable, loved it. TRUFFLE RISOTTO is so flavorful and delicious, loved it. And the RAVIOLI PASTA which was filled with spinach, served with pea foam, loved it.

The dessert part was very obvious to order the TIRAMISU a very unusual presentation was done where the MASCARPONE CHEESE filled in a coffee ball with coffee ice cream and real coffee in the platter, very delicious and authentic. CARAMELLO MANGO PUDDING was like a tart with mango and chocolate layer with caramel.

Final Verdict – How amazing it is that you are dining in a Michelin star restaurant where you can also buy quality stuff for your kitchen and have some gelato as well. It a beautiful, spacious restaurant where you have some delicious food along with very good service. I highly recommend this place to every one.
