BiCE is a known Italian restaurant in Dubai located in Hilton, Jumeirah resort and very recently they have revamped the restaurant with grand opening. I witnessed it as i was invited to the launch party where they re open its terrace area. I was very excited and enthusiastic to visit here as it was in my list since long.

The moment you step in you fall in love with this place. The ambiance is very minimal and contemporary with touch of royal glimpse given in every corner. Service staff is very active and the service is very prompt, since we were on the day of opening were every table was busy, even after that the service was quick.

We started with some refreshing VIRGIN MOJITO perfectly blended and reviving. From the food section BURRATA, ZUCCHINI & WILD MUSHROOM was very delicious and delectable. Mushroom and zucchini was complimenting the taste. ROCK SALTED SEA BASS was a simple preparation but every bite was flavorful.

Moving ahead SEMI SMOKED SALMON TARTARE was served to us. It looked very simple but the taste was so yummy and delectable, every bite was full of flavors and tasted really great. Also LOBSTER & AVOCADO TARTARE a very interesting preparation where simple lobster was served on the guacamole bed, very delectable.

The presentation was really very amazing, LAVENDER CREME BRULEE was very flavorful and the lavender flavor as not over powering. BASIL PANNA COTTA has strong tasted of basil, but i loved the flavors. RHUBARB & STRAWBERRY SOUP WITH FROZEN GREEK YOGURT was delectable is every bite, simple & tasty.

Final Verdict – The live music paying was very entertaining with all this you enjoy food and drinks. The over all atmosphere is very live and perfect. The menu and everything is revamped so it’s time to head here ASAP. This place is ideal for business launches or to celebrate special occasions with your loved ones.
