It is very easy to understand by the name that this restaurant serves blend of many cuisines. Every night they have different themed buffet. Recently i experience one of there newly started Indian theme night ‘Art of spice’ where the food is prepared by celebrity chef Sweety singh. I experienced one of the best buffet after long.
The hotel itself has very modest and contemporary interiors. The reflection of the simplicity can be seen even in the restaurant. The restaurant is very spacious and comfortable chairs make it very cozy. Service is prompt and staff is polite. Since it was a buffet, the space is used wisely and perfectly.
We started from live chaat counter where PANI PURI was very fresh and delicious. From the grill counter we tried GRILLED FISH perfectly marinated succulent fish pieces, yummy. GRILLED CHICKEN was soft and delicious. BEET ROOT TIKKI FRIES were deep fried beetroot patty tasted delicious. GRILLED PINEAPPLE was yummy.
The mains had so much to go for and i started with SARSO KA SAAG, delectable and perfect, after ages i had such beautiful saag. Other then that KADI PAKORA had very authentic taste to it, it tasted great with STEAMED RICE. Also in veg option i had ALOO VADI very homely taste in the gravy, delicious.
Moving on DHABA STYLE PANEER actually tasted very authentic and tasted dhaba style and was going perfect with naan. JHINGA GRAVY tasted amazing with rice. DAAL tasted great too. In sides i tried ALOO CHANA CHAAT yummy and chutney and pickles were actually from north India and tasted very authentic.
Now lets talk about my favorite part which is dessert and i tried for the first time is MEAT HALWA, this unique dish was just bang on, perfect and yummy. KESARI KHEER was creamy and tasty, every bite was such divine. GAJAR KA HALWA, RAS MALAI and SHRIKHAND tasted perfect and were perfect in every bite.
Final Verdict – Overall i simply loved this buffet. Every dish was different from another and i actually though i am in India. Chef Sweety Singh has almost 19 years od experience in punjabi cuisine and he is also a very humble personality, it was such a pleasure to meet him and to try such lovely food, highly recommended.
