Celsius turned out to be very delightful, charming and memorable experience for me in my recent visit. One more place added in my buffet options which is simple and full of choices.  Recently Celsius has started its Indian theme night buffet and what a perfect time to start when the festival season is already here.

Since Celsius is located inside the Nassima royal hotel premises, it is a very fine dine restaurant. Comfortable chairs and spacious tables along with prompt service. I was already impressed with the quick service and classy interiors and the food display is unique too, the chefs are always around to serve you the best.

We started with PANI PURI and BHEL PURI they both were made with perfection and hygiene and tasted great too. Moving ahead some south Indian options like MEDU WADA, and ALOO BONDA along with different chutney. SPICY BUTTER MILK SHOOTER was refreshing. Also the ALOO CHANA CHAAT was good and tasty.

Cold platter option was really very interesting as i liked PUMPKIN MOUSSE WITH ROASTED CUMIN, something different to try. From the live section i enjoyed MIX GRILLS and my favorite was MALAI CHICKEN and MINTED PANEER kebab. RAW SALAD BAR has many variety where you can make your own salad.

In mains i get to try CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI, it was good in taste and BAKED FISH IN BANANA LEAF was a new dish for me and delicious too. Apart from this in live station they had UTTAPAM and MASALA DOSA to try, which tasted good too. I like the dips section where they had LEBNAH, HUMMUS and many more to pair food with.

Dessert is always the best part and lots of Indian variety was available that day like MOTICHOOR LADDU , made with perfection. KAJU KATLI, RASMALAI, RICE KHEER and FRESH FRUIT SALAD and FRENCH PATISSERIES this was in the cold section and in hot section GAJAR KA HALWA, GULAB JAMUN and JALEBI, yummy and delicious.

Final Verdict – Celsius impressed me in terms of how beautifully they represented the reflection of Indian flavors in one buffet. They have recently started this theme but they totally nailed it. To accompany all this some delicious sides like sauces, breads were served.  You can enjoy it all only for 149 AED per person.
