Mexican food is full of many flavors and this is one of my favorite cuisine. Guacamole is a very common and known dip in this cuisine and my favorite too.
Avocado has high nutritional quality and this dish is guilt free, healthy and delicious. Serve with nachos or just eat with loaf of bread.
Serves – 2 to 3 Portions
Avocado – 2
Garlic – 2 to 3 Cloves (Finally chopped)
Onion – 2 Tablespoon (Chopped)
Tomato – 2 Tablespoon (Chopped)
Cilantro – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)
Fresh red chilies or black pepper – Half Teaspoon
Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon
Salt – To Taste
First take a large bowl and scoop avocado, add finally chopped garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro and red chilies or black pepper. Add lemon juice and salt, mix well.
Keep in the refrigerator for an hour, serve.
Note – Consume Guacamole with in 4 to 5 hours as avocado starts changing its color.
