This recipe is my recent favorite. My love for berries can be seen in my recipes. It gives you best nutrition’s and it is delicious too.
You need be very careful when you choose the mango for this recipe as mango should be sweet or else you need to put extra honey, here is the recipe
Serves – 2 Portions
Ingredients
Mango – 1 (Ripe)
Mixed Berries – 1 Handful
Banana – 1 (Medium)
Milk – 1 Cup (Low fat)
Yogurt – 1 Cup (Law fat)
Chia Seeds – 2 Tablespoons
Honey – 1 to 2 Tablespoons
Method
Add all ingredients mango, mixed berries, banana, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and honey in a blender and blend well till smooth, serve.
