Smoothie is best thing to start fresh and nutritional mornings. I keep on doing experiments with the ingredients everyday.
Here i have added cocoa powder in the smoothie. Cocoa powder has its own nutritious and it has its own unique taste too. Here is the recipe
Serves – 2 Portions
Ingredients
Banana – 2
Mixed Berries – 1 Handful
Yogurt – 1 Cup (Low Fat)
Milk – 1.5 Cup
Cocoa Powder – 2 Tablespoons
Chia Seeds – 1.5 Tablespoons
Honey – 1.5 Tablespoons
Method
In a blender add banana, berries, yogurt, milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds and honey, blend till smooth. Serve in a glass, enjoy.
