This recipe is very easy to make, but surely will be loved by everyone, specially kids will love it the most.
I make caramel and to balance the sweetness of it I used nuts in it, i avoid using raisins in it as that makes it more sweet. Here is the recipe
Serves – 3 to 4 Portions
Chocolate Chips – 200 Grams
Almonds – 1 Handful
Cashews – 1 Handful
Sugar – 1 Cup
Butter – 3 Tablespoons
Heavy Cream – Half Cup
First start by making caramel sauce by heating butter in a pan, now add sugar and stir continuously, once the sugar is melted and gets brown color add heavy cream and switch off the gas.
Roast almond and cashew nuts lightly in a pan keep side. Now melt chocolate chips in a double boiler and keep side.
Take one almond and one cashew dip in caramel sauce then dip in melted chocolate, keep in a greased plate, once done, refrigerate for half an hour to set the chocolate.
Transfer in an airtight container, keep refrigerated.
