I simply love these small bites of chocolate cake crumbs and nutella. I often make it when I have left over chocolate cake, and it is perfect for parties.
This is a perfect treat for kids, you can keep these truffles in air tight containers for 3 days in the fridge. Here is the recipe
Serves – Makes 8 to 10 Truffles
Chocolate Cake – 1 Cup (Crumbled)
Nutella – 3 Tablespoons
Walnuts – 2 to 3 Tablespoons (Chopped)
Milk or Cream – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Cocoa Powder – To roll truffles
Take crumbled chocolate cake in a bowl, add nutella mix well with hands, now add milk or cream, you can also use condensed milk.
Now make small balls of this mixture, once done roll in the cocoa powder, keep in the refrigerator for an hour to set, serve.
