I know how to use my coffee mugs to the fullest. Whenever i have craving for desserts late night, i make this 2 minutes chocolate mug cake.
By adding Nutella you can do experiment, but i like to keep it simple. You can make ahead the mix and keep it for future use. Here is the recipe
Serves – 1 Portion
Flour – 3 Tablespoons
Cocoa Powder – 3 Tablespoons
Sugar – 4 to 5 Tablespoons
Baking Powder – 0.25 Tablespoon
Baking Soda – 1 Pinch
Milk – 4 to 5 Tablespoons
Vanilla Extract – 0.25 Tablespoon
Vegetable Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Fresh Cream and Chocolate sauce – To Serve
Take a coffee mug or microwave safe bowl, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and baking soda, mix well.
Now add milk, vanilla extract and vegetable oil, mix all ingredients with out lump. Now keep it in the microwave for 1 and half minutes to 2 minutes (depends on microwave watt, i have 800 watt and i keep it for 1 and half minutes, also make sure you measure the ingredients exactly)
Once done take out from microwave and let it cool and set for at least 5 minutes. Serve with dollop of fresh cream and chocolate sauce.
