Serves – 2 Portions
Ingredients
Strawberry – 100 Grams
Milk – 1 Cup (Low fat)
Yogurt – 3 Tablespoon (Low Fat)
Banana – 1
Granola – 3 Tablespoon
Honey – 1 Tablespoon (Raw)
Chia seeds – 2 Tablespoons
Cocoa Powder – 1 Tablesoon
Method
Mix chia seeds, cocoa powder honey and some milk and keep it over night.
In the morning add strawberry, yogurt, banana, granola, and honey. Add milk to adjust the consistency, blend till smooth.
Now add layers of smoothie and then top it with chocolate chia mix, garnish with strawberry and granola, drizzle with honey, serve.
