Strawberry Granola Chocolate Chia Smoothie

Making breakfast in the morning can be time consuming. Making healthy smoothie can be very good option and it is fast and filling.

IMG_4571This recipe is the best you can ever have, it will keep you full for long and is very nutritious as well, here is the recipe

Serves –  2 Portions

Strawberry – 100 Grams

Milk – 1  Cup (Low fat)

Yogurt – 3 Tablespoon (Low Fat)

Banana – 1

Granola – 3 Tablespoon

Honey – 1 Tablespoon (Raw)

Chia seeds – 2 Tablespoons

Cocoa Powder – 1 Tablesoon


Mix chia seeds, cocoa powder honey and some milk and keep it over night.

In the morning add strawberry, yogurt, banana, granola, and honey. Add milk to adjust the consistency, blend till smooth.

Now add layers of smoothie and then top it with chocolate chia mix, garnish with strawberry and granola, drizzle with honey, serve.
