Indian desserts are full of flavors and sugar. Shahi Tukda is bread pieces dipped sugar syrup with milk sauce, mostly enjoyed in special occasions.
It is also called Double Ka Meetha in some parts of India. I recently made shahi tukda in lunch and it was finished in minutes. Here is the recipe

Condensed Milk – 3 Tablespoons
Cardamon Powder – Half Teaspoon
Water – 1 Cup
Sugar – Half Cup
Bread Slices – 4

Chopped Dry fruits – For Garnish
Method
First boil milk in a pan, add condensed milk, keep stirring in medium flame until milk come in half of its quantity, now add cardamom powder, let it cool.
Now in a pan add sugar and water and make sugar syrup, keep aside.
Cut bread slices in any shape you like, shallow fry in clarified butter, dip into sugar syrup. Now in a serving plate add milk sauce made earlier and keep bread slices on it, garnish with chopped dry fruits, serve chilled.
