Kiwi, Berry And Chia Smoothie

Morning breakfast should be full of protein and many other nutrients. Chia seed is counted in super food as it is full in omega – 3.

IMG_4248Now a days smoothie trend is in craze. Social profiles are full of beautiful looking smoothies. I made this delicious smoothie recently and it was so good.

Serves – 2 Portions

Kiwi – 2

Blueberries – Half Cup

Banana – 1

Yogurt – Half Cup

Oats – 3 Tablespoons

Chia Seeds – Half Cup

Milk – To adjust consistency

Honey – 2 Tablespoons


In a blender add chopped kiwi, blueberries, banana, oats, yogurt, honey and chia seeds. Add milk to adjust the consistency. Transfer in a serving glass. Serve.
