Serves – 2 Portions
IngredientsĀ
Kiwi – 2
Blueberries – Half Cup
Banana – 1
Yogurt – Half Cup
Oats – 3 Tablespoons
Chia Seeds – Half Cup
Milk – To adjust consistency
Honey – 2 Tablespoons
Method
In a blender add chopped kiwi, blueberries, banana, oats, yogurt, honey and chia seeds. Add milk to adjust the consistency. Transfer in a serving glass. Serve.
