Restaurant Style Salsa

I love Mexican food, as many flavors are similar Indian Cuisine. This is not really a one step process, but the taste will be totally restaurant style.

IMG_4174This salsa is a perfect accompaniment with nachos and Mexican rice. I love to eat this with home made tortilla, nachos or may be with plain chips. Here is the recipe

Serves –  2 Portions


Ingredients IMG_4179

Tomato – 2 Big (Ripe)

Onion – 1 Medium

Green Chilies – 1 Big

Garlic – 2 Cloves

Capsicum – 1 Medium

Olive Oil – 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon

Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1 Handful

Lemon Juice – Half Tablespoon

Sugar – To taste

Vinegar – Half Tablespoon

Salt – To taste

Method

First chop tomato, onion, capsicum, green chilies, fresh coriander add it into blender, now add garlic blend it until done well.

Now transfer this mix into one pan, add olive oil, salt, lemon juice, sugar and vinegar cook for 5 minutes, cool down, serve.
