Mint, Garlic And Yogurt Dip

This dip is easiest to make and very healthy if you eat with cut vegetables. For parties you can serve it with oven baked potato chips, i like it with regular french fries.

If you want this dip little thick in consistency, you can hung yogurt for 2 to 3 hours and then

 

Serves – 2 Portions

Yogurt – Half Cup

Garlic – 1 Clove (Minced)

Fresh Mint – 1 Tablespoon (Chopped)

Paprika – As Spicy You Want

Mayonnaise – 1 Tablespoon

Salt – To Taste

Method

In a bowl add yogurt, minced garlic, fresh mint, paprika and salt, mayonnaise, mix well, transfer in to serving bowl, serve with shawarma, french fries or fresh cut vegetables.
