Orange is a very good source of vitamin C and it is very good for your eyes and skin. Also carrot is rich in nutrients and very beneficial food to include in your meal.
The combination of this both is so good and delicious, it has addition of ginger, i add honey as well in this, to enhance the taste, but you can keep it simple too.
Serving – 2 Portions
Orange – 2 Large
Carrot – 1 Large
Beetroot – 1 Medium
Ginger – 1 inch
Peel oranges and roughly cut carrot and beetroot, add all of it into mixer along with ginger, blend well and add some water to adjust the consistency, strain this mix, serve.
