Date has nutrients like protein and fiber. This recipe is very healthy, also no need to add sugar as date has its own sweetness, nuts gives very crunchy
In winters i remember eating these date and nuts balls made by my mom, i loved every bite of it. Adding coconut into it gives a new taste, it enhances its nutritional value.
Serving – 4 Portions
Ingredients
Dates (Pitted) – 250 Grams
Cashews – 25 Grams
Almonds – 25 Grams
Pistachios – 25 Grams
Coconut Oil – 1 Tablespoon
Dry Coconut Powder – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Method
First begin with roasting cashews, almonds and pistachios in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
Now add pitted dates, roasted nuts, dry coconut powder and coconut oil in a food processor.
Process till all the ingredients mix well and there is no big pieces left in the processor of nuts and dates.
Now grease your palm with some coconut oil take date mixture make balls out of it by pressing continuously, serve.
Note: You can keep these balls in an airtight container for 1 week.
