So one more appetizer is added in my list as i simply love them. I do avoid deep fried food, but sometimes when you are in mood to have something you should not stop yourself.
The combination of corn and cheese is magical, sweetness of corn and salty cheese is just mind blowing, perfect in those rainy days with a cup of tea.
Serves – 2 Portions
Sweet Corn – 200 Grams
Boiled Potato – 100 Grams
Grated Cheese – 50 Grams
Paprika – Half Tablespoon
Coriander Powder – Half Teaspoon
Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
Chaat Masala – Half Tablespoon
Flour – 2 Tablespoon
Oil – For Deep Frying
Salt – To taste
First take corn kernel in a mixer and grind it in to smooth paste, transfer into a bowl, now add boiled mashed potato, grated cheese, paprika, coriander powder, chaat masala and salt.
Mix well if the mixture is too wet, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of crumbs, now it is ready for deep frying, make shape like nuggets, make thin paste of flour and water dip nuggets in to it then roll in bread crumbs.
Heat oil drop nuggets fry till golden brown color, serve hot with mayonnaise or tomato ketchup.
