Asian garlic noodles is one of my favorite recipes. Its easy, simple and can be made with ingredients mostly available in the kitchen. I make this when i am confused what to makeOnly few ingredients and flavorful recipe is ready, then you can add many other things in it as protein like prawns, chicken, tofu, i like it simple with veggies, here is the recipe:
Noodles (I used Hakka noodles) – 1 pack
Water – to cook noodles
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Garlic – 4 cloves
Spring Onion (chopped)- 2 tablespoons
Soy Sauce – 2 tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – half teaspoon
Chopped Veggies (carrot,capsicum,french beans)- 1 cup
First cook the noodles as per the packet instruction. Drain and keep aside.
Now heat oil in a pan, finally chop garlic and add in oil saute til golden brown. Add chopped spring onion, saute for 2 to 3 minutes. now add chopped veggies, saute 2 for min.
Add soy sauce, salt and black pepper, now add cooked noodles, toss it in the veggies mix. once done transfer in serving dish, serve.
