This Italian dessert is perfect for any coffee lover. This light and creamy dessert is recommended for parties or special occasions to celebrate. I recently had tiramisu ice cream and it clicked in my mind to share this delicious recipe. It has many versions of making, I am sharing the easiest version I saw in a cookery show year back. I am making it in small shot
Let’s get it started
Vanilla sponge cake – 4 to 5 slices
Coffee powder – 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
Cream cheese – half cup (Philadelphia brand)
Whipped cream – half cup
Grated chocolate – 2 tablespoon
Water – 4 tablespoon
Make strong coffee by mixing coffee powder and water. Add cream cheese and whipped cream in a bowl mix well, it should have foamy consistency, add 1 tablespoon strong coffee mix well, keep aside.
Now cut vanilla sponge cake in to shot glass shape to make layers. Now in a shot glass make first layer of cream in the bottom, second layer will be of vanilla sponge, soak sponge cake in strong coffee, do not make it soggy, place it as second layer, repeat 2 more times. Let it cool in fridge. Before serving top it with whipped cream. Dust some cocoa powder, serve.
