C taste, Centro Sharjah – Ramadan month is here and many restaurant has Ramadan buffet and other options for all the people keeping fast during this time. I was recently invited by JWD PR to Centro Sharjah for Ramadan kareem tasting, and I was overwhelmed with the hospitality and food they are offering during this time. I call it feast on the table, perfect place to break your fast

Hotel Centro is located near Sharjah Airport, so the connectivity is so good. The hotel has somehow a bit dull ambiance but never the less they managed to make it classic and lavish. C taste restaurant is just in the entrance, its huge and perfect for the big group or gatherings, ahead of it you have open space with swimming pool, so even if you are on ground floor the view is green and beautiful, service is good

Since this was Iftaar tasting we were served some authentic Arabic food, but they have entire buffet spread as well, which includes Salad, soup and dessert spread, here is my take for this lavish spread

In cold mezzeh section they have many varieties available POTATO HARRA was a good dish to start with, VINE LEAVES were made with perfection, very juicy and fresh. SPINACH SALAD was a new thing for me and a very healthy dish, along with it they served COUS COUS along with QUINOA, BABAGANOUG and HUMMOUS; all this was really heavy and delicious. Even after this there was lot more to come

In mains my most favorite was FISH SALONA the gravy was just perfect, it was tangy and fish was soft and delicious, apart from this a big feast we enjoyed was LAMB THAREED simply wow, I am not that fond of lamb, but here they made it really perfectly. CHICKEN KABSA is a perfect treat for big groups as its kind of chicken pieces kept on top of traditionally prepared rice. A perfect main course menu isn’t it

In dessert section, which is also one of my favorite section had so many variety for people with sweet tooth. I loved the most was the all-time favorite and traditional dessert OMALI. They had MINI CAKES, CARAMEL CUSTARD, STRAWBERRY MOUSSE, FRUIT SALAD and many other traditional sweet. To know check pictures attached with the review. I am sure any patron will be overwhelmed with all this options

Final Verdict – My overall experience was just super great, all this they have only for AED 99, great deal I must say. The service and management is something to appreciate about. We spent great time with all food bloggers and the high light was cake decoration competition they kept for stay cation.

Will I go again – Yes !!
